Meet Mayhem: The four year old fashion designer taking the world by storm. The miniature fashionista whose creativity spans way further than her costume closet began creating her own dresses out of paper when she became quickly bored with her dress up collection. Using only the materials a small child can find within her home, Mayhem has created quite the array of dresses out of paper, tissue, aluminum foil, and even gauze.
