This past week I attended the Aftershock Grand Launch event and exclusive media preview hosted by The Fashionistas in Dallas. Though I originally discovered Aftershock at the Simply Stylist conference when they were located in Preston Plaza, the brand has since moved to their new location at the Galleria and hosted quite the fete to celebrate. Models showcased looks from Aftershock’s newest collection, while guests sipped on cocktails from MiniBar and received beauty touchups from Blownaway App – which was definitely one of my highlights, because there’s nothing I love more than a good blowout!
If you are unfamiliar with Aftershock, it is a European brand with over 150 stores worldwide – though the Dallas location is the only store in the United States. With their focus on “affordable luxury”, Aftershock strives to attract the attention of all ages. As featured in Cosmo, Elle, and Vogue, among others, this is one brand I recommend you check out – especially next time you need an evening gown!
