After experiencing New York in the brutally cold winter, I now completely understand why everyone is decked out in parkas, snow boots, and layers upon layers. That being said, I still managed to leave the hotel freezing each day, but in my opinion, what’s a quick run from the cab to the fashion show in a pair of stilettos? For the Cynthia Vincent presentation this morning, I paired this printed oversized blouse with a matching pencil for a conservative, yet feminine, look.
