The return of the 90s is nothing new, but this ultimate flashback never gets old in my opinion. Though we first experienced the return through grunge, dark makeup, chokers, piercings, etc, this Spring comeback is definitely a softer approach – and need I mention more comfortable? Platforms, lug soles, chunky heels, and enormous amounts of white are popping up everywhere this season, and I am excited to see that almost every designer is jumping on board. From designers like Coach updating the Doc Marten, to some fabulous collabs like (throwback) Teva x Nasty Gal or Iggy Azalea x Steve Madden’s take on the jelly, the 90s are an absolute must this Spring.
