Channeling Rio

Discovering the inspiration behind a designer’s collection is one of the most exciting parts of a new reveal, so I loved getting the chance to interview Nicole Miller last week during our event at Tootsies – more details on that coming soon. Nicole Miller has been one designer always on my radar since high school, and I generally associate the name with her signature draped cocktail dresses.

I must say, however, I think the Spring 2015 collection is hands down my favorite collection I’ve seen from her yet. With crop tops, matching sets, midi skirts, and more, this colorful array is definitely calling my name! When asked what inspired this festive new collection (which clearly wasn’t the freezing NYC weather), she mentioned her travels to Rio contributed to the tropical line.
