As I mentioned the other day, powder blue is one of the “it” colors this season – which is one of the many reasons I’m loving this new dress I picked up at Nordstrom. Though hemlines keep getting longer (and I recently ditched the majority of my minis in my closet..), the pastel shade and delicate lace details give this mini a feminine touch that I just adore.
