Beach Maxi

There’s nothing I enjoy more than getting to come home to the beach for an extended stay of relaxation and family time, and I have to admit I’m pretty lucky I get to call the coast “home”. With beautiful beaches and quaint little neighborhoods all along 30A, a break from the city is the perfect excuse to ditch the heels and resort to a coastal casual look.

To me, there’s nothing more perfect for a beach day than a flowy maxi dress. Besides the fact that it is beyond comfortable, there’s something about a maxi that appears so feminine and elegant, even when paired with flat sandals. For an afternoon in Alys Beach, I wore this new neon maxi I picked up this past weekend. I think it will easily become a closet staple for the summer season, and since it is available in a plethora of colors, I think a second if a must. To add to the vibrant hue, I accessorized the dress with pink statement earrings, stacked colorful bangles, and my favorite metallic clutch (also seen here and here).
