After hearing rave reviews about MiniLuxe for months now, I finally had the chance to check out the newest nail salon in Dallas and I am a true fan!  My mother and mother-in-law always have perfect manicures, so I knew it was a huge statement when both of them said MiniLuxe was the best nail salon they had ever experienced!  MiniLuxe is unlike any other nail salon I’ve experienced, so I’m excited today to share why.

First off, the decor and ambiance is perfect.  The salon is in West Village so there is a lot of fun shopping to explore after your manicure, and it’s the perfect excuse to snag a new outfit for the weekend!  The salon has bright white décor, lofted ceilings, and great retail items.  The color wall is full of any color you could ever want, and I’ve never been anywhere with so many gel options!  One thing I found very unique is all polish bottles have a band saying if it’s for purchase or to be used with your manicure – perfect for anyone who loves a signature color!

Since I am a sometimes a very indecisive person, I was thrilled Champa, my manicurist, was so helpful in advising what color would look best with my skin tone.  I gave her open reign and the only requirement was that I didn’t want a neutral.  MiniLuxe is always highlighting the latest trends in nail colors, so you can always ask.  She said salmon has been one of their best sellers and I love the way it looks on my nails.  It’s the perfect end of summer color.  Their other top trends are:

Last but certainly not least, I want to share the most important part of a salon that is sometimes overlooked, the cleanliness!  All stainless steel items go through a 3-step process of cleaning and then placed in a steriliazation area in the front when you walk in, so there is no doubt they are using clean tools.  Also, MiniLuxe uses a new file and buffer on each client, and they give it to you after your appointment to take home.

Basically, MiniLuxe is a solid way to make sure you avoid experiences like this!
