What to Wear: Weekend Getaway

As you may have noticed, I have a serious case of wanderlust and rarely spend my weekends at home. Though Dallas has SO much to offer, the world is vast and I am addicted to exploring. Whether I am heading to a tropical destination or simply a new city I’ve never visited, the thrill of discovering new places and meeting new friends along the way is too exciting to resist!

Since it’s impossible to fit my entire closet into a carry-on, I love finding simple pieces that are versatile for every occasion. Nude heels, a flirty LBD, and a metallic clutch are always the first items in my bag, but safe to say this new jumpsuit I snagged at Express will quickly join that list.

From dinners in the city to beachside cocktails, this jumpsuit is the perfect outfit for literally any occasion – and not to mention, insanely comfortable, flattering, and easy to pack! It’s currently in my suitcase for dinner in St. Thomas on Sunday, and Janie’s already called dibs on it for girls night out in NYC next week. It’s the perfect alternative to a simple LBD and can pass for any dress code from casual to cocktail. An absolute must-have.
