The Work-To-Happy Hour Dress

What to wear to the office is one question we receive a lot, and my two suggestions every time are “comfort” and “versatility”. Since most 9-5’s generally involve a lot of sitting, wearing something comfortable is absolutely necessary for making the day so much more enjoyable. Wrap dresses and shirt dresses are always my go-to throughout the day, because they are chic and comfy!

As for versatility, this is necessary for not only rewearing certain outfits, but also for transitioning from work to happy hour. Dallas is a city packed with weeknight events, and since I don’t always have time to run home and change before a charity event, I like to have a dress that transitions nicely from the office to happy hour. Simply packing a change of heels and a couple fun accessories can give any dress a quick update!
