Xo LADY ROSE Via Jillian Harris INGREDIENTS: 1/3 oz Rose Syrup1 1/3 oz VodkaPink Rose Petals1 oz Rose Water3 oz Tonic1 Drop of Pink Food Coloring INSTRUCTIONS: Shake over ice and pourGarnish with rose petalsENJOY! ROSE WATER COINTREAU FIZZ Via A Pair & A Spare Ingredients: 30 ml of CointreauA teaspoon of rose waterSoda waterTwo teaspoons of raspberry juiceLime JuiceFlowers and pegs for garnish For the raspberry juice, we simply squashed some raspberries and used the liquid. INSTRUCTIONS: Fill your glass with ice. Add the Cointreau, rose water, raspberry juice and lime juice. Muddle/mix with a spoon.Top with soda water. THE LOVE POTION COCKTAIL Via Lark & Linen INGREDIENTS: For the blackberry syrup: 1/3 cup blackberries, plus 8 more for garnish1/3 cup water1/3 cup sugar For the cocktail: 1 bottle of prosecco or champagne For the garnish: 4 sprigs of thyme INSTRUCTIONS: In a small saucepan, bring the blackberried, water and sugar to a boil. Turn to low and let simmer for 10 minutes. Strain blackberries and let syrup cool.Add 2 tbsp. of syrup to the bottom of each glass. Top with champagne and add in a sprig of thyme and 2 blackberries! —— ROSE ROYAL COCKTAIL via Crate and Barrel INGREDIENTS: 1.5 oz rosé.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice.5 oz sugar syrup1 egg white3 oz good champagne INSTRUCTIONS: Pour the rosé, grapefruit juice, sugar syrup, and egg white into the shaker full of ice.Shake vigorously for a good 10-15 seconds until it’s fully iced.Pour into the Camille Coupe using the strainer. Top with 3 oz champagne.Decorate with lovely edible florals or a slice of fresh grapefruit, if flowers aren’t your thing. (You can purchase edible flowers at local farmer’s market or gourmet grocery store.) —— RASPBERRY PINK CHAMPAGNE FLOATS Recipe via The Cookie Rookie INGREDIENTS: 2-3 scoops raspberry sorbet1 cup pink champagne fresh raspberries for garnish INSTRUCTIONS: Place scoops of sorbet in large wine glass.Pour champagne over the sorbet.Top with raspberries.Allow to melt while you sip or eat with a spoon, either way works!Enjoy! —— HIBISCUS MARGARITA Via Sugar & Charm INGREDIENTS: 2 ounces of your favorite tequila1 ounce fresh-squeezed lime juice1 ounce Cointreau1 ounce hibiscus simple syrup (recipe below)margarita salt for the rim INSTRUCTIONS: Shake all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice for at least 2o secondsStrain into a salted rimmed glass, over a large ice cubeGarnish with a lime slice Add some crushed hibiscus flowers to the salt for the rim Hibiscus simple syrup INGREDIENTS: 1 cup water1 cup granulated sugar1 cup dried hibiscus flowers INSTRUCTIONS: Simmer in a sauce pan on medium until the sugar has dissolved and the flavors have combinedLet it cool to room temperature —— ROSE LEMON SPRITZER Via Half Baked Harvest INGREDIENTS: 2 tablespoons rose water (optional)*2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice1 1/2-2 ounces vodka (omit to make a mocktail!) Coupons 1-2 tablespoon honey, or to taste (use agave if vegan)a few drops of blood orange or pomegranate juice, for color (optional)3/4 cup sparkling water, or more to tastefresh roses, for garnish (optional)Order Ingredients INSTRUCTIONS: Combine all the rose water, fresh lemon juice, vodka, honey and blood orange or pomegranate juice (if using) in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
