Although there are plenty of recipes out there that involve making your own sorbet, we decided to skip the fuss and keep it easy with premade sorbet – because let’s be real, sometimes we like the simple route. So next time you have a craving for some cold sorbet, toss a little bubbly in the mix and treat yourself!

RASPBERRY CHAMPANGE FLOAT
Ingredients
- Bottle of bubbly, chilled
- 1 container raspberry sherbet
Instructions
- Pre-scoop the sherbet into a serving bowl and keep in the freezer until ready to use.
- Add 2-3 scoops of sherbet to a fluted glass and fill with sparkling wine or champagne.
- Use your stirrer to help break up the sherbet if you like.
GRAPEFRUIT LIME SHERBET FLOAT COCKTAIL

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
- ¼ cup fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2 oz vodka
- ½ cup ice
- 4 small scoops lime sherbet
- 1 cup ginger ale
Instructions
- Juice the grapefruits and limes into a cocktail shaker.
- Add the vodka and ice to the shaker, and shake well.
- Place two scoops of sherbet in two separate cups.
- Pour half of the grapefruit lime vodka cocktail over the sherbet in one cup, and the other half over the sherbet in the other cup.
- Top each glass with ½ cup ginger ale.
SPARKLING SORBET FLOAT WITH FREIXENET

Ingredients
- Pomegranate Juice
- Fresh Raspberries
- Raspberry Sorbet
- Champagne
Instructions
- Add 2 tablespoons of pomegranate juice to the bottom of each glass
- Then add a few small scoops of the raspberry sorbet and some fresh raspberries to each glass
- Top with chilled champagne
PROSECCO SORBET COCKTAILS
Via Baked Bree
Ingredients
- 1 bottle Prosecco
- Angostura Bitters
- 1 pint lemon sorbet
- 1 pint blood orange sorbet
- Mint
Instructions
- Add a 2-3 dashes of bitters to the bottom of a glass.
- Add a few small scoops of sorbet to the glass.
- Pour Prosecco over.
- Garnish with mint.
RASPBERRY SORBET WINE SPRITZER
Ingredients
- Raspberry sorbet
- A sweet white wine (Moscato works well)
- Ginger ale
- Fresh raspberries
Instructions
- With a small cookie scoop, scoop out two balls of sorbet and place in a wine glass.
- Pour the white wine over the sorbet until the glass is about ¾ of the way full.
- Pour the ginger ale to fill the remaining ¼ of the glass.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries, if desired.
BLACK PEPPER-RASPBERRY SORBET WITH PROSECCO

Ingredients
- One 750-milliliter bottle Prosecco, chilled
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 pint raspberry sorbet, softened slightly
Instructions
- In a large bowl, sprinkle the pepper all over the sorbet and fold it in with a rubber spatula. Cover and freeze for about 3 hours, until firm.
- Chill 8 champagne saucers. Using a 1/2-ounce ice cream scoop, place 3 scoops of sorbet in each saucer. Pour about 1/3 cup of Prosecco into each saucer.
