If someone had told me five years ago I’d become a total sneaker addict, I wouldn’t believe it. Aside from the occasional trek to the gym, sneakers were a no-go on my fashion list – I even had “hiking sandals” for trips to our mountain house to avoid sneakers. As an anti-flats kind of girl, I have to admit embracing sneakers was one of the best fashion moves I could’ve made. They’re incredibly comfortable, plus they give every outfit a casual-chic nod with little effort.
Fast forward to today and my sneaker collection is growing by the minute! The one style I absolutely love is the simple white sneaker. It’s such a classic style that goes with everything. These Camper sneakers are my newest pair for fall, and I’ve been wearing them nonstop. Since white sneakers have a timeless style, I love mixing up my looks to make the sneakers a bit more edgy.
For an easy weekend look, I love pairing my sneakers with cuffed black skinnies, an oversized black tee, and a boyfriend denim jacket. There’s something about the dark contrast with the bright white shoe that I adore. I also love pairing them a simple midi t-shirt dress or a denim skirt with chunky knit sweater. White sneakers are the perfect alternative for ankle booties in the fall, plus they can dress-down any outfit for that low-key kind of vibe.
