5 Tips For A Healthy And Radiant Self

1. Drink Lots Of Water

Though soda was always my beverage of choice, dehydration can wreak havoc on your skin – and mood. From a puffy complexion to dry skin, depriving your body of water can negatively affect your physical appearance. While it can be hard to convince myself to go to the gym, I always feel so much better after a daily sweat sesh.
