One thing is for sure, I LOVE dressing up. If I could wear a LBD with my highest stilettos everyday, I totally would. When it comes to “casual dressing”, I often find myself staring into my closet wondering what to wear. One of the downsides of living in Texas is the insane heat, and I’m one of those girls that just doesn’t like to be hot (sorry about it), so jeans are a usually no-go this time of year – despite how chic they look!
My solution? The t-shirt dress. Whether I’m dressing for family dinner, a weekday lunch, or even a run to the grocery store, a t-shirt dress is always my go-to. They’re insanely comfy, easy to wear, and they give that put-together look when I don’t feel like dressing up. Whether I’m trying to look “low key” or I’m simply too lazy to dress up (it happens), keeping a selection of t-shirt dresses in my closet always does the trick! Best of all, t-shirt dresses are usually a steal!
