TREND ALERT: Colored Leather

Fall is here, and I couldn’t be happier! Living in Dallas, the late spring and summer months make dressing a challenge. Instead of picking out my favorite outfit for a night out, I dress for the temperature – which usually means, what I can I wear without sweating in the summer heat? Jeans and sleeves are typically a no-go – which is why fall is always my favorite season for fashion – and I couldn’t be more thrilled to pull out some new and old favorites for these cooler nights!

When we first started the blog, our tagline was “two preppy, one daring, one sister style blog” – however as I’ve gotten older, I’ve transitioned my look from crop tops and mini dresses to more conservative styles. That being said, I still have a major weakness for leather (faux, real, vegan – you name it), so I’m so excited about one of Fall’s biggest trends: colored leather.
