When sky-high heels swept the runway, I jumped with joy. The higher the better! This is precisely why I am not 100% thrilled with the newest trend: heels lower than 3 inches. This could mean a return of the awkward kitten heel – SHIELD YOUR EYES! Yes, I understand they are probably more comfortable, but they just seem way too practical to me. When the word “corduroy” comes to mind, I immediately have a flashback to myself in elementary school playing four-square on the playground. Not to say I wasn’t a super stylish kid, but the fabric seems to have an old-school vibe associated with it. Well say goodbye to the frumpy fits and dull color palettes of the past, and say hello to the hot new cords popping up everywhere this season!
