Out of all the seasons of the year, my favorite has finally arrived… BOOT SEASON! Though it may not be considered a “real season”, it still counts in my book. Styles come and go quickly, so it’s important to pay attention to which designer items we decide to invest in. Riding boots will forever be a classic, which is why I just snagged a pair of these Frye boots for the Fall. While I’m dreaming for these super trendy Balenciaga ankle boots, I know in reality it would be smarter for me to order a pair of these instead. Calling Carrie Bradshaw: MULES ARE BACK! Yes, you heard that correctly – those backless, slide-on heels you graciously gave away early in the millennium have made a comeback this season. Though they may resemble a shoe your grandmother would wear to Christmas dinner, don’t be surprised if you are yearning for the new Fendi mules to pair with a pair of cropped cigarette pants for your next happy hour. Happy 1st birthday to The Perennial Style! I cannot believe it has already been one full year since we started this fashion blogging journey. Thanks to all of our followers and supporters throughout this past year. It has been such a blast! When it comes to birthdays, what better way to celebrate than by donning a wardrobe of sparkles and shine! I plan on rocking these fabulous (and affordable) earrings from Bauble Bar, cheersing with these contemporary glasses from Z Gallerie, lusting over this Philip Armstrong skater dress, and topping it off with some neon pink lipstick – my weakness, of course.
