For my weekday look, my go-to is a pair of my favorite DL1961 skinny jeans, a roomy blouse, and a pair of comfortable ankle boots perfect for running around between meetings and appointments. Though I occasionally find myself sporting a pair of flats, a great pair of chunky-heeled boots are my favorite to give me that “put-together” feel, while giving my feet a break from high heels.

Though my style is mainly influenced by bold or edgy pieces, occasionally I find myself channeling the styles of Blair and Janie by adding a little Lilly into my look. Since jumpsuits are my favorite (see here, here, or here), this Lilly jumpsuit made it’s way home with me from my last visit to Barefoot Princess in Watercolor, FL. Recently I have been on a total romper kick. They have such a playful and flirty look, and not to mention they are the easiest thing to toss on for a night out! I am a huge fan of this floral romper I picked up at Milk & Honey. The flared sleeves have such a 70s vibe, and the ruffle trim is just so feminine. Moto jackets have always been a favorite of mine. I love the way the strong shoulders and heavy zippers add a hint of edge to any look, and since I love mixing styles, I decided to pair this structured jacket with a super girly tutu for a fun girls night out outfit. Since I spent the majority of my childhood in a tutu, nothing gives me more joy than finding ways to wear these girly tulle skirts as an adult, and this black one is a new favorite of mine. One of the easiest ways to complete a look is to toss on a blazer. It’s effortless, but gives just the touch needed to make an outfit appear put-together. We are loving these colorful blazers we found at Milk & Honey. The light and comfortable fabric is the perfect weight for a cool summer day. Blair paired her blazer with a t-shirt dress, Lilly scarf, and a pair of wedges for a feminine and preppy look. Ellen wore hers with her new favorite acid-wash cutoffs, gray tee, and booties for an edgier look.
