Trina Turk Does Dallas

Meeting the designers behind the brands is one of my favorite parts of being a blogger, and I was thrilled to have the opportunity to meet Trina Turk at Highland Park Village in Dallas last night. Considering we have been wearing Trina Turk clothing for as long as I can remember, it was such an honor to personally speak with the designer herself!
Trina Turk is a California native, which heavily inspires her collections filled with colorful and contemporary prints. From clothing and jewelry to home goods and bedding, the designer has become one of the most admirable and well-known designers of today! I had a peek at some of the newest pieces in her collection, as well as her new handbags, and let’s just say I had a hard time leaving empty-handed. Take a look at some of the photos from the event and be sure to shop my favorite pieces below!

A Hint of Red

A Hint of Red

Though the snow has yet to hit Dallas (fingers crossed!), temperatures have finally started to drop… which means it’s time to bring out the coats! This Elie Tahari shawl coat is my grab-and-go wardrobe essential for chilly days. Dressed up or dressed down, the opportunities to wear it are endless. I tossed it on with some jeans and my Versace scarf for a casual day in the park with the family. What’s your winter wardrobe essential?
