Tie Dye Tank and Skinny Jeans

Every now and then I like to dig through my closet and pull out pieces I haven’t worn in a while and give them a second chance. You’ve heard me say before skinny jeans are not my cup of tea, but when I got this new tie dye flowy tank from Milk & Honey, I knew my zip-side Serfontaine skinnys (similar) with my favorite Gianmarco Lorenzi platforms (try these look for less platforms – LOVE!) would be the perfect way to dress this top up for a night out. I also added this awesome boho coin statement necklace for bold pop against the turquoise. I have to say I loved the skinnys more than I remembered, so I’ll definitely be wearing these again soon. Shop the look on Milk & Honey and see more of my outfit below!

Bold Baubles

When it comes to vintage jewelry, I have to say the designs of the 60s would be my top pick. Clearly I’m not alone on this, since designers have started to replicate some of the bold styles from the decade. Designers were learning the ins and outs of creating gemstone look-alikes, which led to a huge surge in the popularity of costume jewelry. Check out some of my favorite 60s-inspired pieces below. Toss these on with a simple garment, and your outfit is instantly glammed up!

Wearing Wedgewood

Wearing Wedgewood

There’s nothing I love more than a calming blue to remind me of summers on the beach watching the beautiful blue waves roll onto the sugar white sand.  The good news is this color combination is becoming more and more popular in the fashion world.   The official term “Wedgewood Blue” takes its name after the classic Wedgwood china pattern.  Check out a few of my favorite items in summer’s newest hot hue:
