One thing is for sure: I LOVE leather. I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again. It’s my favorite texture and looks great in every form. This fringe (vegan) leather skirt I found at Missguided is one of my newest obsessions. The length is absolutely perfect, and the fringe hemline not only channels the season’s biggest trend, but also adds a flirty touch to the simple shape. Though I paired it with a white blouse for a simple look, it’s perfect for mixing and matching for any occasion. Check out my fringe X leather look below and shop the links to get my style:

One of my biggest weaknesses when it comes to shopping is the unnecessarily large amount of winter coats I decide I “need” to own. Though Dallas is rarely cold enough to actually wear all of these coats, Janie and I found it necessary to rent out a storage unit simply for our winter coats and furs… yes, this is a problem. Anyways, in my opinion, a trendy winter coat is the easiest way to look chic and put together, all while staying warm!
One of my newest favorites is this leather and fur trimmed wool coat, which is the perfect mix of classic and edgy. Since these upcoming months are slammed with traveling, this is the perfect coat to pack for trips to toss on over jeans or a fun dress for a walk around the city. I paired it with my skinnies and a pair of over-the-knee boots for a simple evening look. See how I styled my coat and click here to snag it for yourself! (Best of all, it is currently on SALE!)

One color I always find myself gravitating towards is gray. Whether it’s because my middle name is Gray or because it’s a muted shade of the ever-so-fabulous black, gray is one neutral I can never have enough of. Pairing different shades of the same hue is such an easy and chic way of color coordinating, so I paired this leather jacket with a charcoal pencil skirt for an updated work look. As much as I love a good mini, I am so excited about the longer hemlines emerging this season! Take a look at my gray on gray look and shop the links below to steal my look:

As much as I love major department stores, visiting local boutiques is my preferred method of shopping. Apart from boutiques cutting back on the overwhelming intake of clothing in large retailers, boutiques are always the first to introduce shoppers to up-and-coming or local designers. Though
ShopSeptember began as an online retailer, we are so excited about the new Dallas location which opened in Snider Plaza earlier this year.
Named after one of the most influential months of the year in the fashion industry,
ShopSeptember seeks to bring shoppers the newest trends and runway-inspired items from their two collections:
The Showroom and
The Street. The Showroom features the newest hard-to-find products and designer labels brought to you before anyone else. For the hottest, fast-fashion trends from the runway, The Street is your go-to collection. Blair’s choose to wear this flowy, leather-trimmed blouse with leather skinnies from The Showroom collection, while Ellen chose a matching floral bomber and skirt set from The Street collection. One trend we cannot stop craving this season is definitely leather. Whether you choose a full-on leather look like Ellen or decide to add subtle hints into your look like I did, leather will definitely give your look a simple yet bold kick for Fall. Finding an awesome pair of jeans at an incredible price is often a rarity, so when I found these distressed leather-trimmed skinnys, I knew I had to have them. I paired them with my leather-trimmed top and my Gorjana earrings for a fun birthday night look! See how I styled this bold trend below and shop my links beneath to steal my look:
