Happy Friday! This weekend I am home with friends for a wedding in Seaside. Seaside is one of my favorite areas on 30A, so if you haven’t visited, I definitely recommend it! The area is filled with colorful houses and restaurants, and perfectly exudes the vibe of a preppy beach town. As a lover of bright colors and fun patterns, it’s only natural that Lilly Pulitzer would be one of my favorite fashion designers. I decided to pair my Lilly Elsa top with white shorts and sandals for an afternoon of shopping and roaming. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

There’s nothing better than a long weekend home with the family, and since our home is in Sandestin, FL, we packed up our bags and headed to the coast for Easter. We had so much fun all weekend enjoying our favorite spots like lunch at Barefoot’s Beachside Bar & Grill at the Sandestin Hilton, mimosas at Seaside’s Modica Market (they can thank Blair’s wedding for their record sales weekend), live music in Baytowne Wharf, dinner and dancing at the Ocean Club, and much more. Topping off the vacay was a little shopping spree at the adorable Barefoot Princess in Watercolor– You should definitely stop by next time you are on 30a for our favorite brands like Lilly Pulitzer, Milly, Trina Turk, Ella Moss, and more!! The Lucky FABB Conference ended with a lovely networking brunch with all of our new fashion blogger friends at the SLS Beverly Hills Hotel on Saturday morning. We had so much fun meeting all the girls and cannot wait until we can attend our next conference! I’ve always been a big fan of classic shapes and bold prints, which is why Lilly Pulitzer is one of my all-time favorite designers. Lilly has mastered the classic sundress, and I must say I could buy them all! Whether it’s my love for the preppy look or the nostalgia it brings from my days at boarding school, Lilly Pulitzer is my number one designer for Spring. This dress is one of my newest favorites from her collection. The pop of pink on this turquoise dress was what sold me on the print, and I am absolutely loving the exposed zipper on the back! One trend you should definitely keep an eye out for this Spring would be printed trousers. Trousers are such an easy alternative to jeans if you are looking to remain casual, yet chic. If you are looking for the perfect pair, Lela Rose has you covered. She has been designing the perfect printed trouser for years, and I am a huge fan of mine – tip for shopping: be sure to buy a size down, as they tend to stretch!
