Combining feminine colors with bold shapes is one of my favorite (and unexpected) looks in fashion. A moto jacket can take any look from simple to edgy as soon as it’s tossed on, and needless to say, I can never have too many. This blush pink moto jacket is the ultimate jacket for Fall, and it adds just the right amount of femininity to a simple pair of distressed jeans paired with a white tank. I accessorized the look with my favorite pink statement earrings and a pair of mirrored aviators. I am absolutely IN LOVE with this new jacket + it just went on sale! Moto jackets have always been a favorite of mine. I love the way the strong shoulders and heavy zippers add a hint of edge to any look, and since I love mixing styles, I decided to pair this structured jacket with a super girly tutu for a fun girls night out outfit. Since I spent the majority of my childhood in a tutu, nothing gives me more joy than finding ways to wear these girly tulle skirts as an adult, and this black one is a new favorite of mine. I tossed on a vibrant neon necklace and my blue aviators to pull out the bright colors of the jacket. Visit Milk & Honey to shop my look, and see how I channeled my inner ballerina below!

Now that Spring has sprung, I find myself gravitating towards the brighter pieces in my closet. I paired this yellow moto jacket I picked up at a sample sale this year (try this similar one) with a solid tee and my skinny jeans for an afternoon in the park. One of the things I have learned in my life is that every woman needs a good pair of flats in her closet. I am a huge fan of these Prada flats, as they are comfortable, classic, and made of the softest leather.

I believe there’s something about the color pink that makes the world a better place, which is obviously why I am head over heels for this pink moto jacket I picked up at Gap (try this similar option). The shape and hue of this jacket add the perfect pop to even the simplest outfit, and I’m trying my hardest NOT to wear it every single day. For a casual Sunday in the Arts District, I paired it with my favorite Lauren Moshi elephant tee (for a hint of good luck) and my J Brand Love Story Flares.
