One Flared Skirt, Two Ways

When I’m traveling for more than a week, I like to pack items that I know I can mix and match to save space in my suitcase. This J Crew flared skirt is one of my favorites to travel with. Though a blue skater skirt may not seem like the typical neutral, I love the way it can be dressed up and dressed down so easily! Pairing it with a soft plaid flannel and ankle booties was the perfect look for an afternoon in the mountains, whereas pairing it with this heart-print blouse and pearl statement necklace made it an easy transition for an evening dinner look. One of the easiest ways to complete a look is to toss on a blazer. It’s effortless, but gives just the touch needed to make an outfit appear put-together.
