Black, White, & Bold

Black, White, & Bold

Platform Black and White Toggle BootsWhen it comes to shoes, my philosophy is the higher the heel the better the shoe. Luckily with the return of platforms this season, my feet can finally feel a sense of comfort, without ditching the height! When lug sole boots come to mind, I definitely have a flashback to my elementary school days. That being said, we’ve all seen the recent return of the 90s, so who really is surprised by this trend?

To keep my look for Fashion Week bold and daring, I paired a monochrome scalloped shift with a pair of sky-high lug sole boots for a daytime look in the city. I have to say that stomping around in these boots was an amazing change from my stilettos! Lug sole boots come in all styles and colors, so for a more subdued look try these, these, or these! See how I styled my look and be sure to shop my boot picks below!

If The Shoe Fits…

If The Shoe Fits…

Pitou

Happy Friday! I wanted to share with you all the newest addition to my shoe collection – the Christian Louboutin Pitou! As I’ve said before, I’m a bit of a shoe addict and Louboutin is my favorite.  I just can’t help it. Even though the heel is 5.5 inches, it’s surprisingly comfortable! It’s the perfect mix between a sandal and a bootie, so the opportunities to wear them are endless. I recommend you add these to your must-have list!
