For three sisters (or best friends) who are constantly borrowing clothes from each other’s closets, it only made sense for us to finally do a post on one piece three ways. We’ve collaborated with Milk & Honey to bring you a series of posts to show you how one item can be styled to fit any style or occasion. Since this is a normal occurrence in our household, we were thrilled to get involved. Now various people have various ideas of what a “neutral” color is, so let’s start off by saying any shade of pink is a neutral in our book! This magenta v-neck blouse is hands down the perfect staple for our closet. Janie decided to style the blouse with a pair of printed silk shorts for a casual look, while Ellen paired it with a black and white striped skort perfect for a night out. For a more festive occasion, Blair paired her blouse with a sequin skirt and statement necklace to add a little glitz and glam. See how each of us styled this must-have blouse below and check out Milk & Honey to steal all of our looks:

Designed to look like you borrowed your jeans from your guy’s closet, boyfriend jeans are one of the must-have denim styles this season. The slouchy shape and rolled cuffs are a casual, yet insanely comfortable, alternative to your go-to skinnys. I paired mine with this striped Splendid tee and my favorite wedges for an easy weeknight look. I suggest you add heels or a girly sandal to keep this outfit chic and not slouchy. Comfy chic is my favorite look!

I’m really enjoying the comeback of the palazzo pant this Spring. They are like the cool older sibling of those short-lived gaucho pants that arose when I was in high school – like I’ve said before, I’m all about the comfortable clothes! As one of the most popular styles in the 60’s, printed palazzo pants embody a certain flower child vibe which I absolutely adore. The trick to palazzo pants is all about the length. Make sure to find a pair that skims the ground in wedges or flat sandals. Also, be sure to pair them with a solid, fitted top to avoid looking sloppy. Get the look with these, these, these, or these!

When GM reached out to us to spend a week test driving cars for them, we were more than thrilled with the opportunity. We were each given a coupe, SUV, or electric car to use as our own and provide our personal feedback on the car. Since I normally drive a sedan, I chose to drive the Buick Encore for the week. Though aesthetically a bright blue car isn’t my top color choice, I really enjoyed all the features the car had to offer. The compact body shape was similar to Janie’s ML350, which made for an easy transition to a SUV for a sedan driver. The interior of the car featured two-toned leather on all of the seats, which was a new look I really enjoyed! In order to get a full feel of the Encore, we decided to take it on a fun weekend road trip.

My favorite part of the car was definitely the XM radio system. Rather than having to Shazaam my favorite songs on my phone, I could simply click one button and the system would store the song and download it on my iPhone. How amazing is that? Another feature that really stood out was the option to add a plug in the backseat – impromptu need for a curling iron? Buick has you covered.

Though this SUV is quite compact, it was definitely spacious… and for a family of girls that ALWAYS overpacks, a large trunk is definitely important! The Encore did not disappoint on that feature.

The only flaw I found on this car was that the front two seats shared ONE armrest. Two armrests would’ve been much better for a long journey! But like I said, it’s compact..

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the Buick Encore. Click here to see more of the features available on this car.

I believe there’s something about the color pink that makes the world a better place, which is obviously why I am head over heels for this pink moto jacket I picked up at Gap (try this similar option). The shape and hue of this jacket add the perfect pop to even the simplest outfit, and I’m trying my hardest NOT to wear it every single day. For a casual Sunday in the Arts District, I paired it with my favorite Lauren Moshi elephant tee (for a hint of good luck) and my J Brand Love Story Flares.
