Statement necklaces are such an easy way to take a simple outfit to the next level. I am loving this boho bib I snagged last week at the Accessory Concierge anniversary party at Haven Boutique. The beaded detail of this necklace and vibrant color scheme added just the pop my pink top and leather skirt (also seen here and here) needed! Click here and here to shop more statement necklaces, and see below how I styled mine!

I recently snagged this softened clover-print blouse, and it is the perfect transition from 9-5 to happy hour. As most people are well-aware, HIV has been an epidemic affecting Africa for quite some time now. With over 260,000 babies born with HIV last year alone, the transmission rate from mother to child during childbirth is largely at fault. Physicians have discovered that with only one pill a day taken by the mother during pregnancy, the child has a 98% chance of being born HIV-free.
John Megrue, of Apax Partners, reached out to Anna Wintour and Diane von Furstenburg to bring Born Free to life. Born Free is a new non-profit that plans to bring funding to African countries to provide women with the medicine they need to help prevent the spread of HIV during pregnancy. What makes this charity different than others is that there is already a solution to the epidemic, therefore this issue can be drastically controlled through raising funds. Born Free is a collaboration of 22 fashion designers to create a collection of mother-daughter apparel produced at a cost-efficient rate to raise money for the cause. The MAC Aids fund plans to match up to $500,000 in proceeds. Designers such as Prada, Versace, Marni, Stella McCartney, Victoria Beckham, among others have contributed.
The Born Free collection is now available on Shopbop. Click here to see the full collection and take a look of some of the pieces below. Go ahead, start shopping! (Did I mention everything is under $245?)

Spring showers are never a surprise over Easter weekend at the beach. Though one would think rainy days aren’t ideal for a coastal weekend, I find it to be refreshing and peaceful when I am home! This navy blue trench (try this, this, this, or this) was the perfect coat to toss on for an afternoon of shopping in Watercolor. I love how the gold buttons and the cinched waist give a feminine look to a classic raincoat. See how I wore mine:
