Alexis Bittar Choker Necklace

Looking put-together while remaining super comfortable is definitely my go-to work week outfit, and this draped blouse from Lyla’s Clothing is the perfect top for achieving this look. Though this top was technically a jacket, I tied it together at the waist and added a small safety pin to transition the piece. I paired it with some coated skinnies, an Alexis Bittar necklace, and a pair of pumps for a tailored look for meetings. Beat the Blues

Beat the Blues

One of my favorite looks for Fall is monochromatic matching. When I found this skirt I knew I would be able to get so much wear out of it this season. The length is perfect for work, but the fit and flare shape makes the perfect transition from 9-5 to Happy Hour. My favorite part about this look is the mix of new with vintage pieces. As I’ve said before I am big on investment pieces. This Gucci bit handbag below was purchased by my grandmother in New York in her 20s, but the quality of the leather remains unchanged to this day. Since the bag was such a classic shape, you can buy this nearly identical one today!
