Why You Need Blush Home Decor

In my opinion, pink has always been a neutral. It’s feminine, elegant, classic, and simply a happy color. While some may think blush pink home decor can be a bit too girly or juvenile, I hold true to my belief that decorating with pink is perfect if incorporated correctly. While hot pink or fuscia can be a bit tricky, blush home decor is subtle and romantic – and we are currently obsessed.

Growing up, my childhood bedroom was blush pink with gold accents, crystal chandeliers, and marble, which gave a formal touch to the color scheme. Safe to say it was definitely a little girl’s dream room. While I would still decorate my home the exact same way, I love pairing blush with gray, navy, or white and a hint of marble or natural wood to give it an everyday modern look. Since this shade of pink is understated, your room can still have the same soothing effect as decorating with neutrals.
