Whoever said you can’t wear white before Easter clearly did not appreciate the warm and sunny Spring days. With the start of the new season brings some of my favorite events such as crawfish boils, derby parties, outdoor soirees, concerts in the park, etc, which means it’s time to pull out all of my favorite warm-weather dresses and fun sandals.
This past weekend I attended the Salvation Army’s Echelon crawfish boil in uptown Dallas. Though many people were weary on instagram when they saw I was wearing a white dress to a crawfish boil, let me preface by saying not all crawfish boils are messy ;) White eyelet has always been such a classic and preppy look in my opinion, so I love having a variety of styles in my closet for every occasion. For Saturday’s event, I decided to wear this new fit and flare dress I snagged this season – Best of all, it was such a steal!
