CRAIC: Inside Our Favorite Luxury Yacht In Cabo

pc: CRAIC

“CRAIC”; a well-known Irish word: “Conveys good times with friends, shared laughter, joy, exhilaration, and quite often a dash of debauchery with a drink or two”

If I had to describe my travel theme for 2019, I would definitely say it’s the year of the “girls trips”. Cabo marked my third of four Mexico trips of the year with Lynlee, and second with Whitney and Natalie (click here to read about our last trip!). Every trip with these girls is an absolute blast, and I’m voting we make this a seasonal plan – because let’s be real, there’s really nothing better than hopping on a flight for a getaway with some of your favorite babes!

During our trip to Cabo, we knew we wanted to book a sunset cruise to enjoy the views of Cabo from the water. We spent a lot of time researching cruises to find the best match for the four of us, and that’s when we discovered CRAIC Yacht on Instagram. We fell in love with the yacht, booked our trip, tossed on our best cruising attire, and headed to the marina!

From the moment we stepped onto CRAIC, we knew we were in for an incredible experience. The crew went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and had a great time. As we dined on sashimi, sipped Victor’s endless margaritas, and danced to Lizzo’s latest hits, we knew we were living our best life!

ABOUT THE YACHT

This gorgeous 60-foot yacht is the perfect way to enjoy a trip with friends and family, while exploring the best views of Cabo! The outdoor cockpit area seats up to 12 guests comfortably, and it’s the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the experience! Downstairs, the yacht offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room setting with an additional pull out bed. The indoor bar is fully stocked with any cocktail you could need – perfect for enjoying the cruising experience at it’s finest!

To enjoy the best sunset views, we shifted to the bow of the yacht to relax on the sunpad. Feeling the ocean air in our hair as we soaked in the candy-colored skies was one of the best moments, and I wish every sunset could be enjoyed this way! While I love every sunset, the sunsets in Cabo truly are the best!

Though we did not get in the water, CRAIC offers paddle boards, water toys, snorkels, and a lily pad for those looking to jump in!

What made our experience so special was the hospitality of CRAIC’s owner, Sean. Though he is based in the US, he touched base with us personally before and after our cruise to make sure we had everything we needed! This personal touch made such an impact. CRAIC is docked at the Cabo Marina and is operated by Pisces Yachts. Click here for more information about the yacht and pricing!

THE CREW

Aside from the amenities of the yacht, the crew is what made our experience even better! Each crew member was so fun and friendly, and they kept the energy going the entire time. Whether they were whipping up endless cocktails, keeping the music going, snapping countless photos (thanks, guys!), or helping to make sure we were comfortable during our trip, I can’t say enough about how wonderful they all were! Our favorite part was sailing into the sunset and turning around to see all three members having their own dance party to our Yacht Rock playlist! These guys know how to keep their guests entertained, and that made our night even more amazing!

If you’re planning a trip to Cabo, I highly recommend reserving an outing on CRAIC. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip, and I know you all will love it too! Click here for more information about pricing, additional photos, and how to book your trip today!
