5 Must-Have White Flared Jeans

5 Must-Have White Flared Jeans

White Crop Top White Flared Jeans (3 of 23)

My love for flares is never-ending –  and with so many fun (and quirky) denim trends this season, I still love a classic pair of flares for every occasion. In my opinion, flares are the most-flattering denim style. If you pair them with heels, they elongate your legs and give a slimming effect. Who doesn’t love that?!

While kick-flared, gauchos, and raw hem denim have been everywhere this season, it’s been a tad more difficult to find the perfect pair of classic flared jeans. Luckily for you, I’ve picked 5 of my favorite flared jeans that I know you will love! Check out my favorites below and keep scrolling to see how I styled mine with my favorite crop top (also worn here!)

TREND ALERT: The Wrap Skirt

TREND ALERT: The Wrap Skirt

Wrap Skirt (14 of 26)

You all know how much I love a good midi skirt, so I’m super excited about one of newest trends for the season: wrap skirts. It’s more exciting than a traditional pencil skirt, but less of a statement than full A-line skirts. Basically, it’s the perfect shape for a chic and conservative outfit – and I can’t get enough of them this season.

For a date night look, I wore this black ruffle wrap skirt with my favorite crop top. Since it’s high-waisted and mid-lengh, it makes the crop top appropriate for non-weekend occassions – which I love. Another fun way to style a wrap skirt is to pair it with a classic burnout tee and chunky heels for a more casual style. They are so versatile, allowing for endless outfits!

Hungary’s Hideaway: Mala Garden On Lake Balaton

Hungary’s Hideaway: Mala Garden On Lake Balaton

Mala Garden Lake Balaton (17 of 23)

Imagine sipping Hungarian wine overlooking turquoise water as the sun sets over a Bali-inspired hideaway. Sounds too good to be true, right?

If you hop in your car and drive one hour from Budapest, you’ll discover a gorgeous area known as Lake Balaton: an Eastern European gem with rolling hills, crystal clear water, and endless wineries to satisfy all of your taste buds. While Lake Balaton may not be on your current radar, I highly suggest adding it to your travel list. As romantic as Budapest may be, discovering a beautiful coastline so close to the city makes the short drive oh-so-worth it.

While there are many areas to explore in Lake Balaton, we fell in love with the Mala Garden design and wellness hotel in Siofok. Siofok was listed as one of the top party beaches alongside Ibiza and Mykonos, but this wellness resort is a peaceful escape from city life. The Bali-inspired design is serene and calming with rich color tones, bamboo accents, and endless windows.

What I loved most about the hotel was the incredible spa. From the tropical adventure shower to the Finnish sauna with Himalayan salt bricks, the spa provided the ultimate relaxation – which was definitely needed after our road trip! Following the spa, we relaxed on the hotel’s shoreline under a bevy of umbrellas.

If you’re a foodie, you’ll love the hotel’s international restaurant that combines Hungarian and Thai cuisine into a flavorful culinary experience. If you’re there in one of the summer months, you can enjoy the open air atmosphere, as the glass doors fold up to soak in the sunsets off the shoreline.

Whether Lake Balaton is your favorite getaway, or you’re learning about this Hungarian paradise right now, we think you’ll love the Mala Garden Hotel. Check out our photos from our stay and click here to learn more about the hotel!

From Alabama To Texas: Why We Said Yes To Dallas

From Alabama To Texas: Why We Said Yes To Dallas

As three sisters born within three and a half years, it’s no surprise we were basically raised as triplets. We’ve been through so much together over the years, and we’re lifelong best friends. We always danced in the recitals together, joined the same cheer team, left for boarding school together, traveled together – so when Blair decided to enroll in SMU, it was only a matter of time before Janie and Ellen followed.

Though we never dreamed of staying in Dallas after college, we’ve absolutely fallen in love with the city and region.  What makes Dallas so unique is that it has something for everyone. Whether you’re passionate about fashion, food, music, volunteering, or the arts, you can find it in Dallas. Dallas is continuously growing, so there’s always a new restaurant to try or a new neighborhood to explore. It’s impossible to get bored in Dallas – and as three sisters who never stop, the pace of Dallas is just right.

Say Yes To Dallas

When we first graduated from SMU,  we all got very involved in the Dallas young professionals scene. With Blair in commercial real estate, Janie in engineering, and Ellen in blogging, we were able to expand our professional networks – as well as our social circles. With volunteer organizations like Salvation Army Echelon, Red Cross YPA, Young Texans Against Cancer, and the Dallas Regional Chamber Young Professionals, we were able to volunteer with so many great causes, as well as meet so many wonderful people our age in the city and region. We also loved joining the Dallas Slipper Club and Cotillion Club, where we made so many new girlfriends, gave back to great charities, attended galas, and co-mingled with the guys groups as well. With so many great organizations for young professionals to join, it’s so easy to make great friends who share the same interests.

Aside from the hustle and bustle of the city and region, Dallas has a small-town feel. Now you may wonder how a city and region as large as Dallas can feel small, but as the years go on, it’s amazing how everyone seems to be connected. We rarely meet a “stranger” in the city and region, as we can always seem to find a common factor with everyone – whether it’s where they went to college, who they’re friends with, what neighborhood they live in, where they go to church, which pilates studio they frequent, on and on. Since we grew up in Dothan, AL, it’s nice to find a big city and region that still has that welcoming charm – not to mention the same Southern hospitality, with a slight Texas twist.

One of the most common misconceptions about Dallas is that many people consider the city and region to be just like what they saw in the original Dallas TV show. While you will find guys rocking a pair of cowboy boots with a tuxedo, big Texas curls and turquoise jewelry, and your friends heading out to their ranches to hunt on the weekends – Dallas also has a sophisticated, urban feel that radiates glamour everywhere you turn.  Dallas is constantly expanding, growing, and changing, and we don’t see it stopping anytime soon!

We’re so excited to partner with the Dallas Chamber to share why we said yes to Dallas, and we hope you’ll share why you said yes to Dallas OR consider Dallas when you’re considering a move.  It has brought so many amazing experiences for us, and we hope you will feel the same! 10 Feminine Matching Sets For Summer

10 Feminine Matching Sets For Summer

It’s no secret I LOVE a good matching set. They’re fun, feminine, and so easy to wear. While matching sets have been around for years, I’m excited to see they aren’t going anywhere soon! It’s such a chic way to switch up your look, and best of all, you can wear the pieces separately to maximize your closet!

I’m currently loving this red Gianni Bini two-piece set. The bow detail on the top is so girly, and it’s so cute to pair with a pair of high-waisted white flared jeans.

Today I’ve rounded up 10 of my favorite matching sets for you to shop for summer. Check them out below and keep scrolling to see more of my look! Xo
