Being the girly-girl that I am, I can’t think of a better way to add a little sass to any outfit than with feathers! Feathers are popping up everywhere this season from a dash of feather-trim on a tee to a full on feathered skirt. Feathers are so feminine and flirty, and instantly make any outfit more fun!

My go-to look on a cool Fall day is always a cozy sweater, jeans, and a classic pair of boots. LL Bean boots have been a casual style staple of mine ever since my days at boarding school, and I love pulling them out of the back of my closet as soon as the temperature takes that first big drop! Though they are perfect for snow and rain, that doesn’t stop me from wearing them on a perfectly sunny yet chilly day around the city! Check out my classic Fall look and shop the links below to shop my outfit:

Recently we have had a lot of requests for posts on menswear, so we are so excited to share one of our favorite menswear lines with all of our readers today! Last week we attended Need’s First Anniversary party here in Dallas, and we had such an amazing time celebrating the success of this creative and innovative brand for today’s sophisticated gentleman. Created by one of our friends from SMU, Matt Alexander has fully implemented his British charm and entrepreneurial spirt into his curated men’s retailer and lifestyle magazine, Need.
For the brand’s one year anniversary, Need launched a full re-design, an all-exclusive collection with some of the world’s top brands, and introduced a brand new swath of features for the modern gentleman shopper. By offering a limited amount of products each month, such as clothing, artwork, alcohol, literature, furniture, or coffee, Need simplifies the way of shopping for men and provides only the best quality products for the modern gentleman. From his incredible event with New York Fashion Week’s Men’s Day to his consistently sold-out collections and hundreds of thousands of members, Matt Alexander has proven his knowledge and expertise of quality and refined menswear.

Today is the day!
I am so excited that right now I am on my way to Austin for an exciting weekend at
Fun Fun Fun Fest! One thing you may not know about me is that I absolutely LOVE music festivals! I just love the vibes of being outside in a crowd full of people all sharing the same love of music. Though I have had
Fun Fun Fun Fest on my bucket list for quite some time now, I’m pumped to experience it for my first time today!
We have teamed up with
Luden’s for a social media takeover on their Facebook page to share this amazing experience will all of their followers.
Luden’s, the throat drops loved by generations, introduces two new flavors to obsess over: watermelon and blue raspberry! These two new delicious flavors are sold exclusively at
Target stores in the pharmacy department, so be sure to pick up a bag on your next shopping trip! Click here to follow
Luden’s Facebook page to stay updated on our
FFF Fest journey!
Apart from the music, one of my favorite parts of a music festival is seeing all the different styles of clothing people choose to wear. Variations from boho to grunge rule the scene, while feathers, fringe, hats, and flash tats have all become recent festival staples. Take a look at some of my festival fashion inspiration and stay tuned for
live updates!

I don’t know about you, but some days I wake up and just want to toss on something comfy and casual. Luckily for us, the sport chic trend is all over the fashion scene this season, meaning those sweats and sneakers are finally a stylish option! Since I am not a big “flats” person, wedge sneakers are my absolute favorite – and did I mention insanely comfortable? The sport chic trend can be interpreted from as little as sweats with a sporty sneaker to a look as bold as a tailored suit paired with a neon sports bra underneath. See how I added a sporty touch to my daily look and shop my favorite sport chic picks below:
