The palm print is one of my favorite prints of the season, which is why this neon painted palm crop is my perfect tee to toss on for a casual afternoon look. I paired my crop with my high-waist white flares for a weekend trip to the DMA. I love stocking up on loose-fitted printed tees (try this, this, or this) for those days where I want to feel relaxed and comfortable, while still appearing put together. Bright colors and patterns are always a favorite of ours, so we are loving these fun pieces from the new Katydid collection. Blair’s patterned cardigan is so breezy and easy to wear, and the lightweight material makes it the perfect add-on for a white summer look. Janie paired her comfy printed shorts with a colorful blouse and statement necklace to bring out the vibrant hues. What we love most about the Katydid collection is that the company is based right out of Dallas! Check out how we styled our new pieces and be sure to visit their website to learn more about the brand.

Now that I have officially entered the corporate world, I am learning to appreciate the importance of transitional pieces in my closet. Since we attend social events in Dallas almost every single night, I don’t always have time after my commute to stop by my apartment for a wardrobe change. Classic dresses are such a staple in my closet, and by mixing different accessories with the same dress; it’s easy to make one piece appropriate for various occasions!
This LOFT scallop-trimmed shift (similar) is a favorite of mine. I paired it with a J. Crew cardigan, oversized studs, and my Kate Spade chunky pumps for a day at the office, but later changed into my platform Prada pumps, a bold statement necklace, and ditched the cardigan for the Baubles and Blouses event that evening. What’s your favorite way to dress up your nine-to-five look for happy hour?

I love finding classic pieces that I know I can wear for years to come, which is why I am loving this Kate Spade tie back dress I found recently – also try this printed version! I love the feminine and flowy material that can be dressed up or dressed down for any occasion. The high neckline is perfect for adding a bold statement necklace or earring, and the cinced waistline adds shape to the piece. I paired this dress with a fun statement necklace and Kate Spade nude pumps for cocktails at The Stoneleigh this weekend with friends.

The loose-fitted shape keeps it playful and cozy, while the drawstring waist cinches it in to keep a feminine shape! Blair paired her charcoal romper with a Kendra Scott statement necklace and wedges, while Ellen paired hers with a bold gold necklace and edgy gladiator sandals.
