One color I always find myself gravitating towards is gray. Whether it’s because my middle name is Gray or because it’s a muted shade of the ever-so-fabulous black, gray is one neutral I can never have enough of. Pairing different shades of the same hue is such an easy and chic way of color coordinating, so I paired this leather jacket with a charcoal pencil skirt for an updated work look. As much as I love a good mini, I am so excited about the longer hemlines emerging this season! Take a look at my gray on gray look and shop the links below to steal my look:

My weekend uniform in the Fall is definitely a sweater, jeans, and boots. It’s easy, cozy, and perfectly casual for weekend wear. I love finding cozy casuals with a bit of embellishment for an added accessory, without having to pile on the jewelry. This embellished sweater I snagged recently is such an updated basic, and pairing it with my new coated jeans was an easy look for a chilly weekend afternoon in the city. One of my favorite Fall trends that you will be seeing on our blog a lot this season is plaid. I love the way plaid can range from the classic prep look with pearls and a knit to a grunge look when paired with leather accents and bold moto boots. Plaid is the perfect print for any woman, regardless of your style preference! See how I styled my plaid moto jacket below for an afternoon outing with two of my close friends’ adorable pups to help support Milk & Honey raise awareness for National Pitbull Awareness Month!

Dressing up statement tees or sweatshirts is such an unexpected way to add a fun pop to any look. The “Ballin” or “Celfie” tee are two of the most commonly seen graphics of street style, but I just love this comic-inspired graphic sweatshirt I snagged at ShopSeptember recently. One of the most common misconceptions is that sweats are made solely for casual wear, but by pairing your cozy joggers or an embellished sweatshirt with contrasting items like this flirty mini, your sweats can transition into the perfect look for a night out. See how I updated my graphic sweatshirt and shop the links below to steal my look:

As much as I love major department stores, visiting local boutiques is my preferred method of shopping. Apart from boutiques cutting back on the overwhelming intake of clothing in large retailers, boutiques are always the first to introduce shoppers to up-and-coming or local designers. Though
ShopSeptember began as an online retailer, we are so excited about the new Dallas location which opened in Snider Plaza earlier this year.
Named after one of the most influential months of the year in the fashion industry,
ShopSeptember seeks to bring shoppers the newest trends and runway-inspired items from their two collections:
The Showroom and
The Street. The Showroom features the newest hard-to-find products and designer labels brought to you before anyone else. For the hottest, fast-fashion trends from the runway, The Street is your go-to collection. Blair’s choose to wear this flowy, leather-trimmed blouse with leather skinnies from The Showroom collection, while Ellen chose a matching floral bomber and skirt set from The Street collection. ShopSeptember looks below and visit
